Amanda’s Cantina & Fonda
Amanda’s Cantina original recipes and fresh flavors are based on the cooking of Amanda’s Fonda founder, Amanda. In 1997, they opened the doors to Amanda’s Fonda and began serving authentic Mexican cuisine made fresh from scratch daily.
A great place to refuel after a day of sight-seeing and shopping. Enjoy one of their World Famous Buffalo Burgers, or choose from sandwiches, wraps, salads and so much more. Need a little pick me up? They’ve got Starbuck’s coffee, lattes, frappuccinos, and milkshakes in their Coffee Corner.
